1. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT.
2. Payment and card debit
For card payments, the amount is debited when the payment is approved in connection with the order. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Accepted cards include Visa and Mastercard.
3. Preparation, collection and delivery cost
Orders consist of freshly prepared food for collection from Smasherian at the location shown on the website. The estimated preparation/collection time is shown in the ordering flow or order status. No delivery charge applies when the order is collected from us unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.
4. Complaints
If the food is incorrect, damaged or otherwise not as agreed, please contact us as soon as possible after collection so we can assess and remedy the issue. Swedish statutory consumer rights apply where applicable. The general three-year complaint period for durable goods is not practically applicable to fresh/perishable food.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as freshly prepared food. Once preparation has started, an order cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless required by law or agreed by Smasherian.
6. Personal data
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not make customer information available to third parties except where necessary to complete the order, process payment, meet legal obligations or provide a service requested by the customer. Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
All legal relationships arising from purchases and agreements between the customer and Smasherian AB are governed by Swedish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply by law remain unaffected.
8. Cashback and customer accounts
Cashback is a promotional discount balance earned on eligible paid purchases and can be used during payment for future Smasherian orders in whole kronor from SEK 1, up to the remaining order amount. Fractions of a krona remain on the balance until a whole krona is available. Cashback cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for real money, and cashback is not earned on the amount paid with cashback.
In the event of suspected fraud or misuse, we may temporarily suspend cashback or the customer account pending investigation. Confirmed misuse may lead to correction or reversal of improperly earned cashback, suspension or closure of the account, and forfeiture of cashback obtained through misuse.
